I felt like I was at home in this ground-floor room with a convenient kitchen area that could use a sink. The hotel is located slightly outside the main area, offering peace and quiet. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from Cologne central station and the cathedral, overlooking a charming Christmas market. Unfortunately, the dining options were a tad overpriced, but maybe next time it will be better.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right next to one of the main Christmas Markets and overlooking the river. The rooms, although not in the same block as the hotel, were spacious, bright, and super clean. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The dining experience was good, although it lacked an included breakfast. Overall, a great value for money!
